Smoked Bloody Mary

The Smoked Bloody Mary is a tantalizing twist on the classic Bloody Mary cocktail, perfect for those who love a touch of smokiness in their drinks. This version elevates the traditional recipe with smoked paprika and infused smoke from our  smoke top lid, adding depth and complexity to the robust flavors of tomato, vodka, and spices.

Ideal for brunch, barbecues, or any occasion that calls for a bold and savory beverage, the Smoked Bloody Mary is sure to impress and satisfy.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes of hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Celery stalk and lemon wedge, for garnish
  • Smoked salt, for rimming the glass
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Rim a highball glass with smoked salt by rubbing a lemon wedge around the edge and dipping it into the salt.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. In a shaker, combine vodka, tomato juice, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice.
  4. Shake well until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
  5. With a paper towel or cloth, clean the rim of the shaker
  6. Place the smoke top over the shaker and add some smoke
  7. After a minute, strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
  10. Serve immediately and savor the smoky flavor.
