    Smoked Cocktail Recipes

    Our Premium Cocktail Smoker Kit also includes a book of our favorite smoked cocktail recipes. We've smoked about every type of drink you can imagine at the Aged & Charred warehouse and these are the best of the best. From the Smoked Cinnamon & Rosemary Old Fashioned to the Smoked Fireball Cider Bomb you will be fully equipped to mix up the tastiest cocktails you've ever had. Is there a non-bourbon drinker in your group? Try the Smoked Rum Zing or Smoked S'mores recipes for some other variations.

    Compact & Efficient Torch

    Our kit includes a culinary torch for burning wood chips. The torch is has four burners which is much more efficient for smoking cocktails vs. other single burner torches. It uses less butane, lights with a simple thumb trigger, and pushes the smoke down into the cocktail glass as it burns. The sleek design looks great and stores easily in the box.

    Made From 100% Oak

    Wood matters when it comes to cocktail smokers. The Smoke Lid is made from 100% oak, just like the barrels whiskey is aged in. As the wood chips burn, part of the cocktail smoker may catch some heat and burn as well. This is fine as long as it's a wood made for whiskey. Cheaper woods are not and can create a foul smell and odor when burned. Each Smoke Lid is also cut whole from a piece of oak wood, to avoid any glue or wood pattern mismatch.

    Fits Multiple Cocktail Glasses

    The Smoke Lid dimensions are 4.5" diameter (wide) x 2.25" height, with top included. It was designed to fit the various sizes of cocktail glasses, including rocks, coupe, and Glencairn. The tapered design fits snug inside larger whiskey glasses such as coupe and rocks. It sits on top of smaller glasses. The Smoke Lid includes a vent hole which allows the air to vent out while smoke is pushed down into the glass. When the smoke starts to come out of the vent hole, your drink is sufficiently smoked.

    Four Wood Chip Flavors Included

    Our premium kit includes four wood chip types: hickory, oak, apple, and cherry. Each wood flavor provides a unique aroma and smoky flavor for your next cocktail. Each individual wood chip container is packed with enough chips to smoke over 100 cocktails. Similar to how different woods pair well when smoking meat, subtle differences between each wood perfectly compliment different cocktails.

      Awesome Christmas Gift

      This is easy to use and comes with four flavors to enjoy a fully unique experience depending on personal taste. I gave it to my husband for Christmas and we had a family dinner the next night everyone was impressed. The size of the smoking lid fits many different glasses which is a bonus when you're whiskey severing set is 8 but you have 14. I'm sure we will be using it for decades to come.
